We offer different types of valves at Pnumatics Cape. For instance, lockout valves prevent unauthorized pressurization of an air system during service or maintenance. Pneumatic lockout valves employ a unique, on piece center spool design that accommodates a user-supplied padlock in the closed position. When locked in the closed position, the system controlled by the lockout valve cannot be operated until the padlock is removed. Pneumatic lockout valves are available in several different designs.

We also offer pneumatic manually-operated valves which offer a reliable and durable system for opening and closing the circuit when the system has to be switched frequently. They provide a significant reduction in the time needed to work on pneumatic circuits.

Pneumatic roller lever valves are used for mechanical position sensing in machine automation systems. The linear horizontal movement of a machine part or passing material, for instance on a conveyor line, moving over the roller operates the valve. The wheel rotates in the direction of the moving part which reduces friction, minimizing wear and tear of both the pneumatic roller lever valve and the travelling part; for this reason, a preferred method of mechanical sensing.

Pneumatic roller lever valves, constructed from a die-cast zinc aluminium alloy that is machined and lacquered offering strength and reliability, an overall excellent quality product. We offer 2 or 3-way normally closed, or a 5-way roller lever valve in either poppet or spool designs.
